Der K\u00f6nig, oder besser gesagt le roi, ist Philippe L\u00e8veill\u00e8, Chefkoch des Restaurants Miramonti L’Altro in Concesio. In der Ausgabe 2022 des Espresso-F\u00fchrers „Restaurants and Wines of Italy 2022“ wurde er an der Spitze der Provinz Brescia und unter den 14 besten Italiens best\u00e4tigt. Im Vergleich zur letzten Ausgabe hat Andrea Leali, Inhaber der Casa Leali in Puegnago, neben Dina (Gussago) und Gambero (Calvisano) auch die „Drei Kochm\u00fctzen“ erreicht. Bei den „Zwei Kochm\u00fctzen“ sind das Senso von Alfio Ghezzi (im Luxusresort Eala di Limone) und das Speranzina in Sirmione neu dabei. Was die Pizzerien betrifft, so geh\u00f6ren zum Trio der besten in Brescia – laut Espresso – die Filiale dell’Albereta in Erbusco, die Cascina dei Sapori in Rezzato und das Inedito in Brescia.<\/p>\n
